This policy is put in place to safeguard everyone involved and to guarantee a safe and worry-free shopping experience. We do have a 30 day return policy on all other items.

  1. No Returns/Refunds on Earrings: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any earring purchases made at Base.Line Accessories due to sanitary reasons. All earring sales are considered final, and we do not provide exceptions for returns or refunds unless the earrings are found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.

  2. Damaged or Defective Earrings: If you receive earrings that are damaged or defective, please contact us at Hello@baselineaccessories.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will thoroughly assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and provide a resolution, such as a replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

  3. Proof of Damage or Defect: To process a return or refund for damaged or defective product, you must provide clear and detailed photographs or videos clearly showing the damage or defect. This evidence is necessary for us to properly evaluate the issue and initiate the appropriate resolution.

  4. Return Authorization: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  5. Secure Packaging: When returning damaged or defective goods, please ensure they are securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging if available.

  6. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. However, in cases where the return is due to a verified defect or damage, we will reimburse the return shipping costs.

  7. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the returned earrings, our team will carefully inspect them to verify the damage or defect. If the return is approved, we will initiate the appropriate resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

  8. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
